Is it okay for/should the church be run like a business?

- How can I describe who I am when I am still figuring so much of that out? There are basics, like I am a wife, I am a mom, but what is my character like? I hope this will never be solidified and that God will continually be shaping me into what He wants me to be like. For that is what I was made to be.
